Chicken Cashew

Chicken Habigonj
Delicately spiced chicken breast cooked with black mushrooms & caramelised onions in a medium-hot sauce with a

Chicken Maharaj
This recipe comes from a famous chef in Bombay.  A delicious fairly hot chicken dish combined with our sublime Kaala masala mixed and desiccated coconut. Maharashtrians (in India) have a powdered spice mixture called Kaala Masala which they use in many dishes. Kaala means black and it is a combination of dark coloured spices, a kind of garam masala with the addition of coriander, poppy and cumin seeds. A unique dish you do not want to miss out on. £11.25

Chicken Manchurian
Finely chopped chicken minced made into balls and backed then added to the chef’s special Manchurian sauce, medium spiced. A very popular dish, which is relished by our chef’s own family and all-time favourite Indo Chinese dish. £11.25

Lamb Soidpur
This dish originates from our Chef’s uncle’s family. Usually a fairly hot dish that uses mustard oil and a special combination of spices; garlic-ginger paste, red chilli paste, garam masala and onions to create a taste you will never forget. Spice can be adjusted to taste. £11.95

Tala Goast

King Prawn Shootki

Some time ago, our head chef was interviewing a cook in Bangladesh whose cooking was said to have ‘magic’. Our chef asked the cook to prepare for him the curry that he would make for himself. The result was this amazing dish of king prawns cooked in their shells with turmeric, red chilli, onion paste and lime juice. This madras strength dish has a delicious thin sauce that will leave you licking your lips and craving it on your next visit! (Can be served without shells on request). £15.95

Daadi’s Vegetable
This is Goa’s signature dish and a particular favourite in Bombay. It is one of the best vegetable curries in India.
